Gooooooood morning!
I'd like to focus today on breakfast. Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day! I seem to struggle with eating in the morning and especially finding something that sounds appetizing. I'd rather have cold pizza, but I know that isn't good.
First let's focus on cereals today. Hot, cold, or just right?
Hot cereal will keep you full longer, but most have high point values. I found that whole grains have a ton. This is a good thing! Whole grains are good for you and keep you fuller longer! Eat up!
My favorite is regular ol' oatmeal. You can dress it up (prom), dress it way down (pjs), or keep it casual (jeans). A cup of cooked oats is only 4 points before you dress it.

You can prom it up and add in cool Whip free, a few berries of your choice, and maybe a drizzle of fat free caramel syrup. Yum!
Jean it by adding 1 tbsp brown sugar (1 pt) and a smidge of maple extract.
Pjs are cool too with either sweetener or a little sugar.
Cold cereals are a morning rush go-to for me. Don't choose lightly. You want to make the best of your food choices, right?
My favs are Special K, Total, and Honey Nut Cherrios. Most are only 3 points. Add a cup of milk for 2, and fruit. You have a great breakfast for 5 points!
